If the wheelchair will be idle for over 30 days, fully charge the battery and store it in a cool, dry place. Always clean with mild soap and water, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage sensitive components.
Airwheel offers comprehensive warranty coverage for key components. The battery and motor come with a 12-month warranty, covering functional defects. Controllers and joysticks are also warranted for 12 months, while chargers have a 6-month guarantee. Easily damaged parts like tires and seat pads are covered for 7 days from purchase. For repairs, always contact authorized service centers to avoid voiding warranty terms.
